ZADMAN GROUP
Saffron, Nuts, Dry Fruit
Zadman works with saffron, nuts and dried fruits whose value is inseparable from geography, production knowledge and Iranian hospitality. The identity needed to express that significance without relying on familiar decorative clichés. Geometry, purity and a respectful focus on the product became the foundation for a brand able to communicate consistently in both domestic and international markets.
Logo Design
The pistachio form—constructed through opposing lines and surfaces—became the starting point for the logo. Reduced to a simple, distinctive structure, it then expanded into the pattern system. The identity retains its presence from the smallest saffron envelope to larger surfaces, using deliberate detail rather than visual repetition for its own sake.

Saffron Envelope
Stand / envelope
The saffron display stand and pouch were developed around the same visual language as the packaging system, creating a cohesive and recognizable presence around the product. A simple structure, controlled details, and a precise use of brand elements allow the packaging to adapt across different points of presentation—from retail display to the final product experience.

Barberry Packaging
This new barberry packaging was designed, redesigned, produced, and printed in 1403. The new packaging was developed to preserve the brand identity while emphasizing modernity and simplicity. The use of white space and a minimalist design, combined with a geometric cut-out that reveals the barberries inside the package, creates a distinctive and engaging presentation that naturally draws the customer’s attention. The design reflects an innovative approach to food packaging while strengthening the brand’s differentiation in the market.

Refreshing a Product Family
In the redesigned barberry range, white space and a geometric window turn the natural color of the product into the strongest graphic element. The website was designed and developed with equally clear architecture, making products, specifications and the brand story easy to access. Across every touchpoint, Zadman expresses quality through clarity.
